Zed Motors deploys robust electric 2-wheelers and offers battery-as-a-service via solar-powered automated battery dispensers (ABDs) at swap stations. ZED offers the e-motos to fleet owners and delivery companies who rent/lease them out to riders for a fee. With support from PREO, ZED plans to distribute 60 electric motorcycles to taxi and delivery service drivers in Benin, and strategically dispatch 20 solar powered ABDs.
